The layout at JCCC is a classic, golden era of golf design with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Easily walkable with short loops of holes, golfers and families can spend time playing all 18 or any version of holes to suit your lifestyle and available free time. The course features bent grass greens and bermuda fairways. In 2021, the JCCC membership approved a capital improvement project that included a bunker renovation for the course, and the course renovation was completed in 2023.

Johnson City Country Club hosts high-level amateur tournaments, such as our own Tillinghast Invitational, as well as Tennessee Golf Association championships and intercollegiate team events.
